INGREDIENTS
  • 100 ml milk cream / 100 ml of espresso ÁGARO ESPRESSO American type.
  • 50 ml of whole milk
  • 1 pinch of vanilla extract
  • 6 spoonful of condensed milk
  • 200 gr of ice cubes
  • 1 pinch of cocoa powder
MATERIALS
  • Espresso machine
  • Milk jug
  • Tall glass
  • Pastry bag
  • Blender
PREPARATION
  1. Prepare an American type coffee, reserve.
  2. Whip the milk cream with a whisk until a consistent texture is obtained, and put it in a pastry bag in the refrigerator.
  3. Introduce the challenge of ingredients, condensed milk, coffee, whole milk, vanilla extract and ice cubes into the mixer. Beat for one minute until a creamy texture is obtained.
  4. Pour into two tall glasses and decorate generously with the whipped cream and sprinkle with a pinch of cocoa.
